Collection Orders
We are now taking orders for same day collection. All orders must be made by 4:30pm (2pm on Monday) on the day you wish to collect (Excluding Sundays). Please note, this also depends on stock levels too. Orders made after 4:30pm (2pm on Monday) be ready for the next available day.
Orders for collection can be made, 6 days a week, on any of our signature flavour boxes, as well as the Random Box and any weekly special like Selection of Cookie Pizza Slices.
A minimum notice of at least 2-7 days must be given for orders on ourlarger items:
- Any Naked Layer Cake
- Loaded Celebration Cake (7 Days Notice)
- The Cake & Nibble Set
- Loaded Brownies/Blondies
- Whole Cookie Pizzas
- The Big Sharer box
NO COLLECTION ON SUNDAYS
Local Delivery
All local delivery options cost £2.00.
There is a minimum spend limit on all orders of £10.00.
This is available 6 days a week, for delivery between 6pm and 9pm.
We are now also taking orders for same day local delivery on our Fresh From the Counter option, and between Monday - Saturday. All orders must be made by 4:30pm (2pm on Mondays) on the day you wish for same day local delivery. Orders made after 4:30pm (2pm on Sundays) will be delivered the next available day. Please note, this also depends on stock levels too.
Orders on gift box items (i.e. The Mini-Signature Box) are for NEXT DAY local delivery. Items like The Pick & Mix or Selection of Brookies will be delivered same day, if stock permits. If items are sold out when orders are made. These boxes will be delivered the next day.
All local deliveries are to Blackpool postcodes only that are FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY7, FY8 and FY6 but excluding over-Wyre areas (including Knott End). We also cannot deliver to any PR postcode including Kirkham, Wesham and Wrea Green.
All local deliveries happen between 6pm and 9pm. We cannot give an exact time.
NO LOCAL DELIVERIES ON SUNDAY, EXCLUDING RANDOM BOXES, OR ANY ONLINE SPECIALS SPECIFICALLY ADVERTISED.
Postal Delivery
This is available from £5.57 to anywhere in the UK.
There is a minimum spend limit of £10.00 per order.
We will aim to get all postal orders baked and dispatched the NEXT DAY , if we cant dispatch same day, on all orders, between Wednesday and Friday. Orders made on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, will be baked and dispatched on Monday or Tuesday if it is a Bank Holiday.
Items will be posted with standard First Class Royal Mail. As we bake to order, items that have been dispatched are baked that same day. This is to ensure our customers get the ultimate freshness as possible.
Please be aware that deliveries to certain areas may be delayed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Pre-Order Items
The following items are not available for Next Day local delivery or collection.
- Whole Cookie Pizza's
- Loaded Celebration Cakes
- Loaded Blondie/Brownie Slabs
- Naked Layer Cakes
- Whole Brookie Pies
- Rainbow Layer Cakes
For these items, please allow 2-3 days for delivery or collection. Local delivery is available for £2.00 and will be delivered anytime between 6pm and 9pm excluding Sundays. If you need an earlier delivery time, between 10am and 4pm, this can be arranged. For the total cost of £5.00 and for an hour slot of your choice. Please email info@caketinbakery.co.uk to discuss this.
If you require delivery or collection for a different date later in the year, this is fine. Simply utilise the "Special Instructions" box (see photo) and put the day for delivery in there.
Please note, we cannot deliver items on Sundays.
